Pitcher! Receive a personalized video mechanics breakdown with specific feedback, drill work and action steps to start making improvements immediately.
My breakdowns are typically 10-15 min long, and address all the non-negotiables of the pitching motion, including; timing and footwork off the mound, sequencing in the back half of the pitch, how to optimize your movement for maximum power and velo.
You will recieve a link emailed to you within 7 business days of receiving your videos. These are perfect to send to Head Coaches, high school coaches, and keep the communication of your pitching motion open to those that need to know.
You will be prompted to send 2 full speed video reps of your pitcher, one from the open side, one from behind the arm
