Club Tuition & Billing:
( $165/mo 1-2x practices weekly; Boys & Girls 4th Grade and up ) Monthly tuition payment is debited every 4 weeks If tuition is two months delinquent, the player will be automatically suspended until the payment is made in full. If player is out due to injury or out of town for more then 2weeks, Monthly Tuition Dues will be reduced to half upon request.
Competitive/AAU League Game Cost:
There are 4 leagues per year, with 6-8 games per season. An email will be sent one week before the start of each league letting you know how much will be debited from card on file. League Schedule: Fall: Sept-Oct Winter: 1 Nov-Dec Winter: 2 Jan-Mar Spring: Apr-May
Other Cost:

Payment Information

I am financially responsible for the contract amounts listed above.
There are no refunds for leagues, tournaments, or monthly dues.
There may be days when practices are canceled due to gym availability, games scheduled, and holidays. These dates will be communicated through the Band App.
Participation with Salt Lake Basketball Club requires a minimum 6-month commitment.
If a player leaves the team before the end of the minimum commitment period without approval from the club director, any remaining unpaid Monthly Tuition Dues will be owed
My child is not permitted to play on/with other basketball teams, with the except of Bantam programs, outside of Salt Lake Basketball Club without the Coach's approval. Violation of this rule may result in immediate dismissal form the team.
My child may be dismissed from the team due to excessive practice/game absences.
I am responsible for following the schedule of practices and games on the Band App Calendar.
I will communicate in a timely manner regarding any communications received through Band ( Team Communication App )
First withdrawal will be for first months dues, and uniform order. Game cost will be communicated with me before it is debited.
